Suggested Clothing, Seforim & Accessories

The amount and type of clothing that you bring should reflect the nature of our program.

Please consider the following:

• Due to the fact that there is a limit as in how much luggage the airline will allow, please estimate the necessities that you will need.


• Take into consideration the warm summer climate of Artzeinu Hakidosha.


• Of course Davening, Learning, and Mekomos Hakedoshim
  are in appropriate attire.


• Laundry will be done in a timely manner, but please bring
  a two week supply of clothing.


• Please mark all of your clothing with either: name tags, stamps,
  or permanent marker.


• Linen and blankets will be supplied by our locations.

Suggested Clothing

• 4 pairs of Pants
• 1 pair of throw-over pants
• 4 pair of shorts
• 15 shirts… [in combination of:]three button / full button shirts(at least for
• Davening & Learning); T-shirts or the like (for hiking, sports, etc.)
• 1 shirt that will be torn upon the first time going to the kosel (should be packed in your carry-on bag)
• 3 bathing suits
• 2 sleep-wear
• 5 Shabbos shirts
• Shabbos suit & Hat
• Underwear/undershirts/socks (enough for 14 days)
• 3pairs of Tzitzis

Footwear

• 1pair of sneakers
• 1pair of sandals / water-shoes
• 1pair of Shabbos shoes
• 1pair of non-leather shoes (For Tisha Bav, If Moshiach doesn’t yet come)

Toiletries

• 1 toothbrush
• 1 hairbrush / comb
• toothpaste
• mouthwash
• deodorant
• shampoo
• body soap
• lens solution (if applies)
• 2 beach / bath towels

Sun Protectors

• 2 caps
• 1pair of sunglasses
• Camel-back / water holder (this is a must)
• sun-tan lotion (this is a must)

• The Mesechta you learned last year & / or that which you will be learning next year (optional).

• Expensive equipment should not be brought because they may break or get lost through traveling. Tuv ha’aretz is not responsible for missing/broken items.
